Prompt response, and the staff were very courteous. Rooms were clean, and the view was serene. The property is just adjacent to the Tea Garden, where you can take beautiful pics. They have their own kitchen, and they assist you with the Jeep Ride and anything else if you need. My car went for the breakdown and it was not starting in the morning. The staff helped us to unblock us and escorted us to the local garage to solve the issue. Unfortunately, I have to replace the battery. But their support was remarkable!! They have a good breakfast, and it's better to include it in your booking. The Menu are - Chole Bature, Omlette, Bread Butter/Jam, Idly, Dosa,Sambar, Chutney, Uttapam with Tea and Coffee. For Lunch and Dinner it's Ala Carte. In-house parking inside the Property.

I really chose a place further away from town for the peace and quiet, however, my luck was every day loud construction next door- they kindly moved me to another room and floor that doesn’t face the construction directly - the view improved but not the noise as the construction was equally as loud and additionally the doors have no seal underneath so you can hear everything in the hallways and even on the next floor of the kitchen. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about the construction but placing sound proof seals under the doors would go a long way. Other than this, everything was great! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is clean. Room is big with separate front room. Dining hall is very nice. Staff in dining hall very accomodative. Also view from balcony is excellent . Tea estate and balck ground mountains are out of the world experience. Room service is also good.

A beautiful stay with great staff and a wonderful view. The staff was really helpful. We upgraded to the Grand suite room on arrival for a view of the tea plantations. I happened to fall sick after a trip up the mountains and the staff was so helpful and the boy who I think is a manager there even accompanied us to the health centre nearby. The girl at the reception was also very helpful and came into our room to help me get up as I was too sick to even move. They even arranged for kanji for us as I was sick. I can't thank them enough for that. I was too I'll to ask for their names at check out... But guys you were a god send and I am eternally grateful for your actions May God bless you all. Last but not the least the food was exceptional and the room was a thing of dreams. Thank you so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Super comfortable room with a lovely balcony and a fabulous view. Super peaceful location. Great food at a good price in the restaurant too. Made me feel lovely staying here!

Everything was amazing ! This place is a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming, they have their own restaurant with amazing food and a game room below if you’re stuck in the property because of rain. We got to enjoy the scenery near by, the tea plantation, it felt amazing to be there when the fog hit ! Rooms and very very spotless and sanitised too ! Highly recommend this place and we have already decided to stay here next time we are here ! 😍❤️

The Hotel Monsoon Grande was at a Great Location. It has Good Support Staffs and run by good Management. The hotel comes with a restaurant which provides great dishes. I really liked the behaviour of Arun(Restaurant Chief), Rubin, Matthew and Manish are doing fantastic job at the reception and customer support. I had a very pleasant stay.

The view from our balancing was over looking a tea plantation. It was really beautiful especially at sunrise. Really spacious rooms, it felt like our very own apartment. We felt so settled here. They were so clean too! The staff were really lovely and they offered us eggs for breakfast in the morning.

All the facilities are good. Ambience is excellent. Cleanliness is well maintained. Staff is cooperative. They quickly arranged driver for sightseeing on my request.

Good reception by the staff at hotel. Food quality was exceptional, hygienic as well. Nice location (drive and stay) at Munnar even though little away from Centre point. I prioritized the location considering the places that I had planned to visit and subsequent trip. I would recommend strongly to consider this for stay.
